Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Microsoft 365 Project Manager who can quickly ramp up and support critical initiatives related to Go-To-Market (GTM) and Production/Platform Operations (PTO). The ideal candidate will work closely with cross-functional teams and leadership to drive project execution, coordinate knowledge transfers, and ensure operational readiness through well-documented runbooks.
This role requires a strong blend of project management expertise, Microsoft 365 technical knowledge, and stakeholder communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage projects related to Microsoft 365, GTM, and PTO initiatives
  • Coordinate and facilitate knowledge transfer (KT) sessions across teams
  • Ensure runbooks are complete, accurate, and aligned with operational standards
  • Act as a liaison between TechOps, business stakeholders, and leadership teams
  • Review and validate runbooks with a holistic end-to-end technology perspective
  • Track project progress, risks, and dependencies; provide regular status updates
  • Drive collaboration across cross-functional teams including engineering, operations, and business units
  • Ensure smooth transition from project delivery to operations

Required Skills:
  • Strong experience in Project Management (Agile / Waterfall methodologies)
  • Hands-on knowledge of Microsoft 365 ecosystem, including:
    • Exchange Online
    • SharePoint Online
    • Microsoft Teams
    • OneDrive
    • Security & Compliance features
  • Experience managing GTM (Go-To-Market) and operational readiness projects
  • Proven experience in runbook creation, validation, and documentation
  • Ability to understand end-to-end technology architecture
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
  • Experience working with TechOps / IT Operations teams
