We are looking for a strong Third Party Risk Compliance manager with 15+ years of relevant experience in project management. Key Roles and Responsibilities :
Conducting thorough reviews of potential third-party vendors to assess their suitability and risk profile before engaging them. This includes verifying licenses, certifications, and financial stability.
Evaluating the inherent and residual risks associated with third-party relationships, considering factors like operational, financial, and reputational risks.
Ensuring that third parties comply with relevant regulations, industry standards, and internal policies, including those related to data privacy, cybersecurity, and financial reporting.
Reviewing and negotiating contracts with third parties to include appropriate risk mitigation clauses, service level agreements, and compliance obligations.
Regularly monitoring the performance and compliance of third parties to identify and address any emerging risks or issues. This may involve periodic reviews, audits, and ongoing risk assessments.
Developing and implementing plans to address any incidents or breaches that may occur involving third parties, including communication strategies and remediation efforts.
Designing and maintaining the third-party risk management framework, ensuring it aligns with organizational policies and regulatory requirements.
Providing regular reports and updates to senior management and stakeholders on third-party risk profiles, emerging risks, and compliance trends.
Working with internal stakeholders, including procurement, legal, and business units, to ensure effective risk management and compliance throughout the third-party lifecycle.
Identifying and implementing process improvements to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of the TPRM program.

Qualification:
