About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled Business Analyst with strong experience in Digital Analytics, E-commerce, and Marketing Technology. The ideal candidate will bridge the gap between business objectives and technical solutions, driving insights that enhance digital performance and customer engagement.
Must Have Skills:
7–9 years of experience as a Business Analyst with a focus on digital analytics, e-commerce, or marketing technology.
Strong hands-on experience with digital platforms such as Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, or similar tools.
Proven ability to translate complex business needs into clear technical requirements and actionable user stories.
Excellent stakeholder management, presentation, and communication skills.
Experience working in a global delivery model with effective onsite–offshore collaboration.
Solid understanding of digital commerce KPIs such as cart abandonment, average order value (AOV), and customer lifetime value (CLV).
Proficiency in SQL for data extraction, analysis, and insights generation.
Ability to clearly and succinctly present findings and recommendations to business and technical stakeholders.
Good to Have:
Experience with BI visualization tools like Incorta or Tableau.
Familiarity with Agile/Scrum delivery methodologies.
Prior experience in the retail, footwear, or apparel industry is a strong plus.
