Job Title: Junior AI Engineer

Location : Malvern PA

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy scalable Machine Learning and Deep Learning models across various business use cases.
• Work with large datasets, applying advanced NLP techniques for text analytics, classification, sentiment analysis, and information extraction.
• Implement MLOps pipelines to automate model training, testing, deployment, and monitoring.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (engineering, product, data engineering) to integrate models into production systems.
• Perform feature engineering, model evaluation, and hyperparameter tuning to ensure model accuracy and robustness.
• Stay current with emerging ML/AI trends, frameworks, and tools, and introduce innovative solutions.
• Mentor junior team members and contribute to developing best practices in ML and MLOps.

Required Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, or a related field.
• years of overall experience, with significant hands-on expertise in Langchain.
• Strong programming skills in Python, with proficiency in libraries such as scikit-learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch, Keras, spaCy, Hugging Face, and NLTK.
• Proven experience in MLOps tools and practices (e.g., MLflow, Kubeflow, Airflow, Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD pipelines).
• Strong understanding of data structures, algorithms, probability, and statistics.
• Experience deploying ML models in production at scale.
• Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
