Position – Business Analyst with Finance domain
Location – Tampa, FL (Hybrid 3 days )

JD:
Lead end-to-end requirement gathering, documentation, and validation within Agile Scrum SDLC frameworks.
Collaborate with stakeholders, product owners, and development teams to translate business needs into clear user stories, acceptance criteria, and functional specifications.
Maintain comprehensive documentation including BRDs, FRDs, process flows, and traceability matrices to ensure alignment and compliance.
Facilitate sprint planning, backlog grooming, and review sessions to drive timely delivery and continuous improvement.
Ensure stakeholder engagement throughout the SDLC, promoting transparency, clarity, and timely decision-making.
Strong knowledge in Finance domain too
