Role: Angular Developer

Location: Richardson~Buffalo Grove

Role Description:
• Lead the design and development of scalable, Angular-based micro frontend applications aligned with enterprise architecture standards.
• Define frontend architecture, coding standards, and best practices to ensure maintainability, scalability, and performance.
• Drive hands-on delivery of micro frontend implementations, including shared libraries and independent deployments.
• Collaborate closely with backend, DevOps, UX, and product teams to deliver end-to-end solutions.
• Provide technical leadership by influencing design decisions and driving consensus across cross-functional teams.
• Mentor and guide frontend team members through code reviews, technical coaching, and architectural decision-making.
• Manage priorities, timelines, and risks within Agile/Scrum environments.
• Support stakeholder communication by translating technical concepts for non-technical audiences.
• Provide performance feedback and foster a culture of continuous improvement.
