Title: AEM UX Designer
Location: Manhattan, NY- Locals only.

Duration:6 months

Key Responsibilities:
•                Design end to end user experiences for MetLife web properties built on Adobe Experience Manager (AEM).
•                Translate business requirements into user flows, wireframes, high fidelity designs, and interactive prototypes.
•                Ensure consistency with MetLife brand guidelines and the Global Design System (GDS).
•                Design AEM components, templates, and page layouts that are reusable and scalable.
•                Collaborate with AEM developers to ensure design to build accuracy (Figma → AEM parity).
•                Support Experience Fragments, Content Fragments, and modular design patterns.
•                Provide UX guidance during AEM build, QA, and release cycles
 
Required Skills
•                Experience in UX / Digital Product Design.
•                Strong hands on experience designing for AEM based websites or platforms.
•                Proficiency in Figma (or equivalent design tools).
•                Solid understanding of responsive design, design systems, and component based UX.
•                Strong knowledge of accessibility standards (WCAG 2.1+).
•                Experience collaborating with front end and AEM development teams.
•                Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
 
Preferred / Nice to Have Skills
•                Experience with AEM as a Cloud Service.
•                Familiarity with Adobe ecosystem tools (Target, Analytics, AEP) from a UX perspective.
•                Exposure to personalization driven or data informed UX.
