Descriptions:

·           Hands-on experience in ServiceNow ITSM, ITOM and ITAM, HRSD modules
·           Experienced in architecture with and global roll-out
·           Experience in CMDB and Discovery, ability to identify the issues and standardize to build scalable architecture
·           Ability to create architecture and solution diagrams for approval and implementation
·           Experience in creating user stories with functional and clear acceptable criteria
·           Hands-on experience in ServiceNow platform capabilities including mid-server, API integrations
·           Experience in managing onsite-offshore model and manage clients and offshore teams
