Agentic AI Developer

Locations: Hartford, CT / Atlanta, GA / St. Paul, MN

Experience:

• 5 years of professional experience after graduation
• Must be a graduate from a U.S. college/university

Required Skills:

• Strong Python development experience
• Experience building Agentic AI applications
• Hands-on experience with:
  • LLMs (OpenAI, Anthropic, Gemini, etc.)
  • AI agents and orchestration frameworks (LangChain, LangGraph, CrewAI, AutoGen, etc.)
  • RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation)
  • API development and integrations
  • Vector databases (Pinecone, Weaviate, Chroma, FAISS)
• Git/GitHub experience (active GitHub account required)
• Strong problem-solving and software engineering fundamentals

Preferred:

• Experience deploying AI applications on cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP)
• Knowledge of Docker and CI/CD
• Exposure to prompt engineering and AI workflows
