 Required Qualifications

• 14+ years of experience managing large-scale, complex IT or business transformation projects.
• 8+ years of experience utilizing project management methodologies including PMI/PMBOK, Agile, and Hybrid delivery approaches.
• 8+ years of experience developing and managing project schedules, budgets, resource plans, and project timelines.
• 8+ years of experience managing multiple stakeholders across technical teams, business units, and executive leadership.
• 8+ years of experience with risk management, issue tracking, dependency management, and formal change control processes.
• 8+ years of experience preparing executive-level reports, presentations, and project status communications.
• 8+ years of hands-on experience with project management tools such as Microsoft Project, Smartsheet, Jira, or similar platforms.
• Strong understanding of project governance, organizational policies, compliance, and procurement requirements.
• Excellent leadership, organizational, analytical, and communication skills.
• Experience working within State Government, Public Sector, Public Safety, or Law Enforcement organizations.
• Experience managing projects under Texas State procurement frameworks such as FAST, DIR, or similar contracts.
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or equivalent.
• Experience leading enterprise IT system implementations, enterprise applications, data systems, or digital transformation initiatives.
