Job Description:

We are seeking a Workday Financials Lead to join our client for a key project. The selected consultant will play a leadership role in both Workday deployment and post-go-live support, ensuring the successful implementation and optimization of Workday Financials.

Responsibilities:

• Lead design, configuration, testing, and deployment of Workday Financials modules
• Conduct client workshops and confirmation sessions to align solutions with business needs
• Review, interpret, and refine business requirements into best-practice Workday configurations
• Provide advisory and enhancement support to production clients
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including technical, project management, and functional consultants
• Assist in pre-sales and go-to-market activities for Workday Financials
• Serve as a product lead within the Workday ecosystem

Required Qualifications:

• Active Workday Financials Certification
• 4+ years of Workday Financials experience, including at least 2 full-cycle deployments
• Hands-on expertise in configuring modules like FDM (Foundational Data Model), Supplier & Customer Accounts, AP/AR, Projects, and Revenue Management
• Strong understanding of financial processes and related Workday integrations/APIs
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree in MIS, Computer Science, Finance, or a related field

Nice-to-Have:

• Experience with Accounting Center
• Prior role as a product/solution lead in Workday Financial modules
• Familiarity with Workday testing methodologies and client training
