Role: Technical Program Manager – Data Migration Project
Location: San Jose, CA
Enterprise Transformation & Technology Modernization Programs:
• Demonstrated Experience in managing Data Migration Projects (from legacy to new application/tools) and
o Understanding the activities involved in the Data Migrations,
o Data Migration Step by Step process,
o Data Migration Validations and Testing
o Complaince and Audit of Data Migrated to internal and external audit,
o How the evidences are captured and when and what?
o Technology, process, in Data Migration
• Evidence of technical debt reduction and system rationalization across complex, validated systems. Success leading platform harmonization in highly audited environments. Collaboration with architecture and engineering teams to establish governance and lifecycle standards.
• Demonstrated experience with Data Platform Transformations, ERP modernization (SAP S/4HANA), Success in managing Technology Migrations without disrupting validated manufacturing or regulatory processes.
