Job Description

Client Expectation (2–4 lines):

The client is seeking a senior SAP S/4HANA Data Conversion Lead to define and execute end-to-end data migration for SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud. The role requires ownership of migration strategy, ETL execution, data validation, and governance to ensure accurate, compliant, and successful cutover.

Must-Have Hands-on Skill Set (Technical & Functional):

• SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud data migration leadership
• Source-to-target mapping, data validation, and reconciliation
• Hands-on ETL using SAP Data Services
• SAP LTMC for master and transactional data loads
• Migration templates, staging tables, and mapping rules
• Data quality, cleansing, and governance compliance

Experience Highlights Required:

• 10+ years of SAP data migration / conversion experience
• Proven role as SAP S/4HANA Data Conversion Lead
• Experience with large-scale, enterprise SAP S/4HANA migrations
• Strong background in professional services data models (preferred)
