We are looking for a strong Delivery Manager PMO/TMO with 15+ years of relevant experience in project management.
Technical Skills:
· Having strong Delivery Manager PMO with 15+ years of relevant experience in project management.
· setting program standards, managing interdependencies between projects, and providing training and support to project teams
· Strong experience in managing programs from the PMO / TMO group and not from IT delivery
· Expertise in executive reporting, presentation, and communications
· Experience in CXO and 1 downs interactions and coordination
· Should have strong experience in budget management through PPM and reporting.
· Knowledge in Power BI reporting or automation is value add.
· Focuses on communication, resource allocation and risk management
· Prepare status report and report to stakeholders. Able to prepare presentation based on thought process discussed in the team and leadership meeting
· Ensuring projects align with business goals
· Tracking the progress of each project
· Setting deadlines for specific tasks.
· Good Communication and interpersonal skills.
· Understanding of Insurance business processes.
Behavioral Skills:
· Resolve technical issues of projects and explore alternate designs.
· Participates as a team member and fosters teamwork by inter-group coordination within the modules of the project.
· Effectively collaborates and communicates with the stakeholders and ensure client satisfaction
· Self-Motivated with strong delivery focus.
Qualification:
· Education qualification: Graduate B.Tech, BE, BCA, MCA, M. Tech or equivalent technical degree from a reputed college.
