- Partner across organizations to ensure appropriate solutions are designed and delivered. Collaborate with application teams, Platform verticals, LOB & Infrastructure architecture, C1Service Providers, others.
Serve as connectivity SMEs for infrastructure domain client:
Consult on Web Application Firewall (WAF) needs, submit WAF @works and coordinate implementation.
Create design, request, and coordinate implementation of load balancing requests.
Consult on connectivity needs for segregated networks (FWAM, PAA, Extranet, Proxies), troubleshoot connectivity and performance issues (Tier 2 after Platform non-prod), fire requests, and coordinate implementation ofirewall updates.
Create DNS design, submit requests and coordinate implementation of DNS changes.
Determine VLAN needs, high-level routing requirements, and general network coordination.
Technical liaison for vendor applications.
Coordinate vendor connectivity design and implementation - extranet, VPN, NATs, routing, circuit installs and upgrades, et al.
SME for vendor file transfers
Primary liaison on PAA (Publicly Accessible Applications) requirements.
