**SAP Security Consultant (Mid-Level) – Requirement**
Core Responsibilities:
- Design, build, and maintain SAP roles (single, composite, derived)
- Perform user provisioning, de-provisioning, and access reviews
- Support SAP GRC Access Control (ARA, ARM, EAM)
- Conduct Segregation of Duties (SoD) analysis and remediation
- Work with functional teams to translate business requirements into roles
- Troubleshoot authorization issues (SU53, ST01, SUIM analysis)
- Support Fiori security (catalogs, groups/spaces/pages)
- Strong knowledge in Authorization objects and Role design concepts (least privilege, derived roles)
Experience in:
- S/4HANA Security
- SAP Ariba / GTS / SuccessFactors security
- Fiori Launchpad security
- GRC Access Control 12.0
- Knowledge in Sail Point Integration with SAP
- Background jobs and batch user controls
- 3–5 years of overall SAP Security / GRC experience
- At least 2 end-to-end SAP implementations or major enhancements
- Hands-on experience in S/4HANA environments
Knowledge of:
- CDS views and HANA DB security concepts
- Exposure to cloud environments like BTP, IAS
Soft Skills
- Good communication with business and functional teams
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Strong documentation skills in the below
- Role design documents
- SoD risk analysis reports
- User access review reports
- Security testing support (UAT, regression)
- Cutover security support activities
