Salesforce Agentforce Consultant

We are looking for an experienced Salesforce Agentforce Consultant to design, implement, and enhance AI-driven customer engagement and automation solutions leveraging Salesforce Agentforce and the broader Salesforce ecosystem. The consultant will collaborate with business stakeholders, solution architects, developers, and operations teams to deliver intelligent AI agents, streamline workflows, improve customer experiences, and drive enterprise productivity across Sales, Service, Marketing, and Operations functions.

The ideal candidate should possess strong expertise in Salesforce platform technologies, AI-powered automation, conversational AI, CRM integrations, enterprise solution architecture, and large-scale transformation initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, and deploy Salesforce Agentforce AI agents and copilots.
Configure AI-powered workflows for customer service, case management, lead qualification, and operational automation.
Implement prompt engineering strategies and optimize AI-generated responses for improved business outcomes.
Develop conversational AI and intelligent workflow automation solutions using Salesforce technologies.
Integrate enterprise knowledge sources, third-party applications, and external systems with Salesforce platforms.
Support CRM modernization initiatives and enterprise AI transformation programs.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather business requirements and translate them into scalable Salesforce AI solutions.
Participate in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, backlog refinement, and release activities.
Perform troubleshooting, system optimization, production support, and root cause analysis.
Create technical documentation, user guides, and training materials.
Provide Level 2 and Level 3 support for Salesforce AI and automation solutions.

Additional Qualifications

Experience delivering enterprise-scale Salesforce transformation programs.
Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to work closely with leadership teams, business users, and technical teams.
Experience in Banking, Insurance, Healthcare, Pharmaceutical, or large enterprise environments is preferred.
Exposure to DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, Git, and release management practices is a plus.
