Oracle GL Techno Functional Consultant – Oracle ERP Cloud
We are seeking an Oracle ERP Techno Functional Consultant to support our Oracle ERP Cloud ecosystem. In this role, you will act as the primary technical point of contact for Oracle ERP Finance application.
Key Responsibilities
Application Support: Provide technical support for daily finance operations, assisting users with system inquiries and error handling
Ticket management: Monitor and resolve support tickets
Vendor coordination: Escalate complex technical issues to software vendors and track status to resolution
Interface monitoring: Routine monitoring of system interfaces and data integrations. Perform basic troubleshooting on failed jobs or data transmission
Documentation management: Create, update and maintain technical documentation, including application runbooks, configuration notes and user guides
Release management: Review monthly patch releases for impact and opportunities
Required Qualifications
Finance Domain Knowledge: Demonstrated understanding of core Finance processes (e.g., GL, FA, AP) is required
Technical Troubleshooting: Proven experience in L1/L2 application support, including diagnosing system errors and managing incident queues. Implement and maintain integrations using Oracle Integration Cloud, ensuring secure and compliant data flows across financial systems, troubleshooting and root cause analysis for technical issues impacting financial close and planning processes
Documentation Skills: Strong ability to write clear, structured technical documentation and process flows
Communication: Excellent written and verbal English communication skills are essential for interacting with client stakeholders and global vendors
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with Oracle Procurement Cloud is highly preferred
Experience supporting ERP integrations or financial systems interfaces
Familiarity with incident and problem management processes
