Visa: GC, GC-EAD, H4-EAD, TN
Interview Process:5 Video
Work schedule details: Must be local to Charlotte, NC – onsite (local IDs only)

Please attach two managerial level references with each candidate submittal, we will have to check the reference before submittal per the client request.

Required Skill(s):

10+ years of experience in Oracle HCM, specifically ORC and Talent Management modules
Strong functional knowledge of Oracle Recruiting workflows and HR onboarding practices
Experience supporting HR transformation initiatives within large organizations
Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills
Familiarity with HR compliance requirements and policy adherence
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
