Functional Consultant – EPM Automate
Technical Administration & Cloud Operations
Leverage EPM Automate to streamline recurring tasks such as data loads, backups, and metadata updates
Use EPM Automate to trigger Data Management batch rules, pipelines, and import/export jobs to ensure data integrity across systems
Expertise in EPM Automate commands, SQL, and scripting languages (Shell, Batch, or PowerShell)
Manage Oracle service requests to ensure timely resolution of platform issues and proactive system optimization
Provision and configure EPM environments using Oracle Cloud Console
Implement and maintain integrations using Oracle Integration Cloud, ensuring secure and compliant data flows across financial systems
Provide expert troubleshooting and root cause analysis for technical issues impacting financial close and planning processes
Collaborate with finance and risk teams to translate regulatory and business requirements into robust technical solutions
Functional Support & Enhancement
Strong understanding of financial processes, including Chart of Accounts, allocations, and consolidation
Hands-on experience with Oracle EPM Cloud modules (e.g., EPBCS, FCCS, ARCS, EPCM, or EDMCS)
Ability to collaborate with functional, finance, and IT teams to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions
Qualifications
5+ years of experience administering Oracle EPM Cloud applications in a financial services context
Strong command of Oracle Cloud Console, EPM Automate, and Oracle Integration Cloud
Proven ability to support financial close, planning, and reconciliation processes
Experience working with finance, compliance, and audit teams to meet regulatory and operational requirements
Familiarity with Reconciliation (ARCS), Tax Reporting Cloud Service (TRCS), Financial Consolidation and Close Cloud Service (FCCS), and Profitability (PCMCS) module implementations are highly desirable
Preferred Skills
Oracle certifications in EPM Cloud modules
Experience with automation scripting
Strong documentation and communication skills, especially with finance stakeholders
