Hi Folks,

My client is looking for Mainframe Developer with P&C for 4 Month Contract role based in Worcester, MA (Remote)

Position: Mainframe Developer with P&C

Location:  Worcester, MA (Remote)

Duration: 4 Month Contract

Day to Day job Duties: (what this person will do on a daily/weekly basis) 

Provide Technical solutions in Mainframe Technologies.

Provide estimations for projects.

Write detailed technical specifications.

Review Code and QA Test plan and Test execution.

Review and Propose changes to the Tech Design.

Developing application by following Tech Design and Technical specification documents.

Maintaining proper documentation for the work requests, change requests and defects.

Create and maintain Implementation plan and support Release activities.

Responsible to support the application for any Critical Production Issues.

Subject Mater expert and Tech Lead in team.

Provide Trainings to the Team in both Domain and Technology.  Help reduce the Skill gaps in team.

 

Basic Qualifications: (what are the skills required for this job with minimum years of experience on each)

Minimum 10+ years of experience across the Mainframe

Minimum 5+ years of experience in P&C insurance
