Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled technical Lead with minimum 6yrs+ of experience to bridge the gap between software development and physical hardware deployment. This critical role is responsible for the end-to-end orchestration of software delivery across global remote lab locations, ensuring that the diagnostic and clinical chemistry platforms operate with absolute reliability. You will oversee the CI/CD pipelines, embedded controllers, manage complex simulator environments, and lead the lifecycle migration of critical enterprise QA tools


Key Responsibilities:

●     CI/CD & Automated Deployment: Architect and maintain automated installation and verification pipelines for software updates across geographically dispersed remote labs. Ensure seamless delivery and validation of builds to a diverse fleet of medical instruments and simulators.

●     Hardware-in-the-Loop (HiL) Validation: Lead the verification process for embedded controllers, and critical hardware boards. Validate inter-module communication across various instrument configurations ensuring software stability.

●     Performance Engineering & Simulation: Design and optimize high-fidelity simulators that mimic complex medical instrument behaviors. Develop comprehensive performance testing suites that simulate real-world laboratory workflows to monitor CPU, HDD, and memory utilization against strict technical specifications.

●     Software License Management: Provide expert administration for ALM production servers and license servers. Oversee the health and uptime of the environments required to keep global diagnostic operations running.

●     QA Framework Design: Develop a holistic testing framework encompassing Functional, Performance, and Embedded Systems testing. Act as the primary administrator for ALM/QC and UFT, overseeing critical version migrations.

●     Data Analytics & Reliability Reporting: Conduct weekly and monthly data mining across multiple projects to generate quality metrics and reliability reports, driving continuous improvement in software stability.

 

 

Work Experience

Technical Requirements:

●     Deep experience with CI/CD tooling and remote deployment automation.

●     Proven track record of managing embedded systems testing and hardware communication protocols.

●     Expertise in ALM/QC administration and UFT (Unified Functional Testing).

●     Experience with resource monitoring tools (CPU, Memory, Disk I/O) for performance benchmarking.

●     Familiarity with medical device regulations or high-reliability diagnostic environments is highly preferred.
