Role: Ez CAP Developer/Consultant

Job Description

An healthcare client is seeking an EZ-CAP Developer. This is a fully remote position - The position is a 6- months contract with the possibility for extension for 12 months.  EZ-CAP is a comprehensive healthcare benefit management system used for claims processing, eligibility verification, and authorization management across managed care organizations.

The EZ-CAP Developer will be responsible for helping migration of other entities onto the platform,  further develop and report the current system, assisting with configuring, loading data into the system, extractions, loading and validating, etc. The position will be more development focused but will also have a reporting responsibility. The candidate may come from a SQL Development background but needs to be working with EZ-CAP on a daily basis. They must have proven experience with the latest version of EZ-CAP, an understanding of EZ Net (product of EZ-CAP), and experience working with the report services modules within the EZ-CAP tool. 

Required Skills & Experience

• 2+ years of experience working with EZ-CAP (passion and willingness to learn is more important than years of experience) - May be a SQL Developer working with EZ-CAP daily
• Experience working with the latest version of EZ-CAP 
• Understanding of EZ Net (Product of EZ-CAP)
• Experience working with Reporting Services (modules within EZ-CAP tool)   
• Experience with migration to EZ-CAP
• Excellent communication skills

• ❌ General SQL Developers without EZ-CAP experience.
• ❌ Healthcare developers with only Facets, QNXT, GuidingCare, or Epic experience.
• ❌ Candidates with only claims processing knowledge but no EZ-CAP.
• ❌ Business Analysts without development experience.
• ❌ Developers who have not worked on the latest version of EZ-CAP.
• ❌ Candidates with no EZ Net experience.
• ❌ Developers without EZ-CAP Reporting Services experience.
• ❌ Profiles lacking migration, data loading, or validation experience.
