Urgent requirement for the position of Dynamics 365 / Power Platform Developer - TEA (Hybrid) at Austin, TX.

Position: Dynamics 365 / Power Platform Developer
Position Brief:

We are seeking a skilled Software Developer to design, develop, and support Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Power Platform solutions for enterprise applications at the Texas Education Agency.

• 7+ years of hands-on development experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Power Platform is a hard requirement.
• 6+ years of required experience building Model-Driven Apps, Dataverse solutions (tables, relationships, security model), C# plugin development, and JavaScript customizations in Dynamics 365/Power Apps.
• 6+ years of required experience with integration using REST APIs and managing solution lifecycle with Git (feature branching, pull requests, merge/conflict resolution) in a multi-developer, shared codebase environment.
• 2+ years of preferred experience developing PCF (Power Apps Component Framework) controls, Power BI integration, Power Pages development, and Power Platform Dataflows for ETL/data ingestion.
• Preferred experience includes working in government/public sector environments (TEA preferred) and holding Microsoft Certifications such as PL-400 (Power Platform Developer) or PL-600 (Power Platform Solution Architect).

Screen out candidates lacking strong, recent Dynamics 365/Power Platform development experience; the ideal candidate will demonstrate advanced Power Platform skills and a solid background in collaborative, enterprise-level development.
