Key Responsibilities:
Design, develop, and customize ServiceNow UI Builder experiences including pages, layouts, and components.
Build custom React components using the Now Experience Framework and integrate them within ServiceNow.
Collaborate with UX designers, architects, and back-end developers to translate business requirements into functional UI solutions.
Implement responsive, accessible, and performant UIs adhering to enterprise standards.
Leverage ServiceNow APIs, GlideAjax, and data sources to connect front-end components with back-end logic.
Customize and extend Service Portal, Workspaces, and Next Experience (Now Experience).
Participate in Agile ceremonies (sprint planning, reviews, retrospectives) and contribute to code reviews.
Stay current with ServiceNow platform updates (e.g., Washington, Vancouver releases) and modern front-end development best practices.
Nice-to-Have Skills:
Experience with ServiceNow Scoped Applications, Flow Designer, or Service Portal custom widgets.
Exposure to TypeScript and UI/UX design tools (Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD).
Knowledge of ServiceNow theming, accessibility, and branding best practices.
ServiceNow Certifications such as:
Certified System Administrator (CSA)
Certified Application Developer (CAD)
Next Experience / UI Builder certifications (if available)
