Key Responsibilities
• Design, implement, and maintain high-performance services and libraries using Rust.
• Collaborate with backend and data engineering teams to integrate Rust components with Python and SQL-based systems.
• Write clean, maintainable, and well-tested code.
• Participate in architecture discussions, code reviews, and mentorship.
• Optimize code for performance, scalability, and reliability.
• Develop and maintain internal tools, CLIs, APIs, or data pipelines as needed.
• Debug complex issues across language boundaries (Rust ↔ Python ↔ SQL).

Required Qualifications
• 8+ years of professional experience in software development.
• 2+ years of hands-on experience with Rust in a production environment.
• Proficiency in Python and SQL.
• Solid understanding of async programming models.
• Strong grasp of software engineering principles, version control, testing, and CI/CD workflows.
• Comfortable working independently and collaboratively in fast-paced environments.
