My client is looking for Project Manager (Oracle Financials & Pharma) for 5 Month Contract role based in Pittsburgh, PA (Remote)

 

Position: Project Manager (Oracle Financials & Pharma)

Location:  Pittsburgh, PA (Remote)

Duration: 5 Month Contract

Rate: $60/hr. On C2C

Key Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end project management for Oracle Financials implementations, upgrades, and support initiatives. Define project scope, goals, deliverables, and timelines aligned with business objectives. Manage cross-functional teams including finance, IT, regulatory, and external vendors. Ensure compliance with pharmaceutical industry standards, including GxP and other regulatory requirements. Develop and maintain project plans, risk logs, and status reports. Drive stakeholder communication at all levels, including senior leadership. Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial tracking of projects. Identify risks and implement mitigation strategies proactively. Ensure quality assurance and adherence to internal governance frameworks. Support change management and user adoption strategies.

 

Required Qualifications

Bachelor s degree in Business, Finance, IT, or related field. 10+ years of project management experience. 5+ years of proven experience in Oracle Financials (GL, AP, AR, FA, CM modules preferred). 5+ years of strong experience in the pharmaceutical or life sciences industry. 5+ years of hands-on experience with project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, Hybrid). Strong understanding of regulatory frameworks such as GxP. Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Qualifications

PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent certification. Experience with Oracle Cloud (Fusion) Financials. Familiarity with validation processes (CSV   Computer System Validation). Experience working in global, multi-cultural environments.

Experience

Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in project management. At least 5+ years working with Oracle Financials.
