Job Description:

Design and build scalable data pipelines, Snowflake data models, and CRMA dashboards that drive business decisions across Services and Operations. You will own end-to-end delivery — from ingestion to insight — and actively leverage AI-assisted development tools across the full SDLC.

 

Snowflake

• Design and optimize data pipelines using Snowpipe, Streams, Tasks, and dbt
  
• Implement RBAC, dynamic data masking, and row-level security
  
• Tune query performance and manage compute cost controls
  

CRM Analytics (CRMA)

• Build and maintain CRMA dataflows, recipes, and lenses on Salesforce
  
• Develop dashboards and stories for Service Cloud
  
• Integrate Salesforce objects with Snowflake via CDC or MuleSoft
  

AI-assisted SDLC

• Use GitHub Copilot or Cursor for AI-assisted code generation, refactoring, and review
  
• Leverage Claude Code or equivalent for agentic tasks: test generation, documentation, and debugging
  
• Apply Jira Rovo or AI-assisted tools for ticket authoring, sprint planning, and release notes
  
• Contribute to team prompt libraries and share best practices for AI tool usage
  

Collaboration

• Lead data modelling sessions and define engineering standards
  
• Review code, document pipelines, and mentor junior engineers
