Experience : 12+ Years MUST

 

Mandatory Skills : Twilio Voice, IVR, Contact center platform, Provider, Payer, Operations, Healthcare domain, Product Owner

 

• Exposure to Twilio IVR and Insights reporting
• Skills needed – 
• •Seasoned Product Owner  with 10+ years of experience as Technical PO 
• •Must have skills – 
• oDB knowledge with hands on SQL skills to handle complex needs 
• oFamiliar with end-to-end Contact Center reporting 
• oInterpersonal skills with the ability to handle demanding stakeholders 
• oAbility to convert complex business needs into User Stories with clearly articulated 
• acceptance criteria 
•  skills – 
• Familiar with Twilio Insights with product background  
• Familiar with healthcare compliance needs for reporting
