Job Overview

The Oracle Cloud SCM Functional role is a critical position within our organization that is responsible for leading the implementation and management of Oracle Cloud Supply Chain Management (SCM) solutions across our global operations. The successful candidate will work closely with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements, design and configure Oracle Cloud SCM solutions, and ensure successful deployment and adoption. This role requires a deep understanding of SCM processes, Oracle Cloud SCM modules, and the ability to manage complex projects in a global setting.

Responsibilities

·        Implement and manage Oracle Cloud SCM solutions, ensuring they meet the needs of the organization.

·        Coordinate with various departments to ensure orders are processed and delivered on time.

·        Analyze and interpret financial data, prepare financial reports, and make recommendations based on findings.

·        Manage procurement processes, including sourcing, negotiating, and purchasing goods and services.

Required Skills

·        Cost Accounting: The candidate must have a strong understanding of cost accounting principles and practices. They should be able to analyze and interpret financial data, prepare financial reports, and make recommendations based on their findings.

·        Order Management: The candidate should have experience in managing orders, from receipt through delivery. This includes coordinating with various departments to ensure orders are processed and delivered on time.

·        Procurement: The candidate should have experience in procurement processes, including sourcing, negotiating, and purchasing goods and services. They should also be familiar with supplier management and contract negotiation.

·        A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field is required. Advanced degrees or certifications in Oracle Cloud SCM are preferred.

Preferred Skills

·        Oracle Cloud: Knowledge of Oracle Cloud applications and platforms would be beneficial.

·        Manufacturing: Experience in the manufacturing industry, including understanding of manufacturing processes and systems, would be an advantage.

·        Supply Chain Management: Knowledge of supply chain management principles and practices would be beneficial.

·        Project Management: Experience in managing projects, including planning, executing, and monitoring project progress, would be an advantage.

·        Business Analysis: Ability to analyze business needs and develop solutions to meet those needs.

·        Inventory Management: Experience in managing inventory, including tracking inventory levels and forecasting inventory needs.

·        Logistics: Knowledge of logistics processes and systems would be beneficial.

·        Financial Analysis: Ability to analyze financial data and make recommendations based on findings.

·        Customer Service: Experience in providing customer service, including resolving customer issues and ensuring customer satisfaction.

·        Communication: Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, are important.
