Job Title: SAP Enterprise Architect – SAP S/4HANA
Location: Houston, TX(4 Days Onsite 1day Remote)
Duration: 6-month contract with strong potential for extension
Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly experienced SAP Enterprise Architect to support the Enterprise Architecture team within the Utilities domain (Electric, Gas, and/or Water). This role is responsible for defining, governing, and evolving the enterprise-wide SAP S/4HANA architecture, ensuring alignment with business strategy, regulatory requirements, and long-term digital transformation goals.
The ideal candidate brings 10+ years of SAP experience, deep expertise in SAP S/4HANA, hands-on leadership in end-to-end implementations, and strong exposure to Managed Services environments. This individual will act as a trusted advisor to senior leadership and provide architectural direction across complex SAP landscapes.
Required Skills & Experience:
10+ years of SAP experience, including experience as an SAP Enterprise Architect.
Proven experience delivering end-to-end SAP S/4HANA implementations.
Strong experience supporting Managed Services and large enterprise SAP landscapes.
Deep knowledge of utility industry processes, including:
Asset Management
Billing
Customer Service
Regulatory Reporting
Hands-on experience with SAP ECC to S/4HANA migrations.
Strong understanding of enterprise architecture frameworks and governance.
Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to translate business requirements into scalable, secure SAP solutions.
