Job Title: Senior Test Engineer (Manual and Automation)
Location: Bedford MA
Duration: 12 Months
Experience:
7+ years’ experience with Application development and commissioning and related functions
Must Haves:
Senior practice in the development of test automation and UI test automation
Senior practice in coaching others positively to the delivery of high-quality software, including authoring of test cases and definition of proper test objectives
Proficiency in micro-services architectures, Java, and Spring technology stacks
Technical Skills / Competencies:
Solid understanding of object-oriented programming and microservice architectures
Hands-on experience in designing and developing applications using Java, Java EE platforms
Experience of working in Spring Framework, Hibernate, Spring Boot, REST API, Junit, Mockito, Hamcrest and AssertJ, Selenium
Skill for validating reusable Java libraries
A knack for asserting how clean and readable is Java code
Creating database schemas that represent and support business processes
Proficient understanding of code versioning tools, such as Git
Should have experience of conducting FAT / SAT, and able to manage the client.
Writing, reviewing, and updating product test plans, test cases, automated test scripts, and scenarios
Execution of test plans, automated test scripts, and test cases to ensure that software meets or exceeds specified standards, development specifications, and/or requirements.
Experience drafting and execution the test cases and test strategy’s
Strong analysis and autonomous problem discovery and solving skills.
Work Experience Pharma is an added advantage.
Python and .net knowledge are added advantages.
