Role: ServiceNow Technical Architect
Hands-on ServiceNow Technical Architect with proven career progression from Developer → Senior Developer → Architect. The ideal candidate must have a strong, current technical foundation, actively involved in coding, solutioning, and platform design—not limited to governance or advisory roles.
Key Responsibilities
Own end-to-end ServiceNow platform architecture (ITSM Pro / Platform)
Design scalable, reusable solutions aligned to platform standards & governance
Provide hands-on technical leadership across scripting, integrations, and workflows
Lead architecture for ITSM, Service Catalog, Employee Center / Portal, HRSD, GRC, SecOps, ITAM, ITOM
Define and enforce CMDB / CSDM architecture and governance
Drive integration architecture (REST/SOAP APIs, IntegrationHub)
Ensure alignment with enterprise design standards, automation, and best practices
Support global delivery programs with client-facing engagement
Required Skills
Strong expertise in:
ServiceNow ITSM Pro, Service Catalog
Platform Architecture, Governance, and Best Practices
Hands-on proficiency in:
JavaScript, Glide APIs, Flow Designer
Integrations (REST/SOAP, IntegrationHub)
Solid experience in:
CMDB, CSDM, ITIL processes
Enterprise-scale ServiceNow implementations
Ability to balance architecture design + hands-on delivery
