Job Title: STIBO STEP MDM Architect
Location: Dallas, TX (Remote ok)
Duration: 6+ Month
Job Description: 12+ years of experience in implementing Master Data Management (MDM) solutions, with a strong focus on Stibo STEP MDM/PIM solutions. This role requires deep technical expertise, along with the ability to lead cross-functional teams, engage with customers, and ensure the successful delivery of high-quality, scalable solution.
Skills and Requirements:
• Lead the design, architecture, and technical delivery of Stibo STEP MDM solutions, ensuring high-quality implementation aligned with best practices.
• 12+ years of experience in implementing MDM solutions, with at least 3-4 full lifecycle implementations of Stibo STEP MDM/PIM.
• Strong hands-on experience with Stibo STEP MDM/PIM, including configuration, integration, and deployment.
• Stibo STEP MDM/PIM implementation experience is required.
• Excellent understanding of Product, Supplier,Customer Datamodel and experience in designing solutions
• Must have customer facing experience, management skills, and a strong technical background.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication and team-facilitation skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Responsibilities:
• Lead project team members through all activities required to successfully deliver STEP solution using best practices
• Lead requirements gathering and high-level design workshops.
• Responsible for design, architecture, and technical delivery of high-quality Stibo solution.
• Work closely with business analysts to develop to-be business process based on industry standard and best practices.
• Define data governance strategies, policies, roles, responsibilities, processes, controls and rules.
• Prepare detailed design documents including approach for data migration.
• Define technical specifications for workflows and business rules.
• Configure, build and unit test STEP components, including data structures, roles, workflows and portals
