Job Details

• We are looking for a highly skilled Salesforce Vlocity Developer with 4–6 years of experience to join our dynamic Salesforce team. The ideal candidate will possess in-depth expertise in Vlocity (Salesforce Industries) and experience in designing and implementing enterprise-scale CRM solutions. This role involves working closely with cross-functional teams to build scalable, maintainable, and high-performance applications on the Salesforce and Vlocity platforms.

PREFERRED SKILLS

• 3+ Years of experience in Salesforce Industries (Vlocity) components like Omniscripts, DataRaptors, Integration Procedures, Vlocity Cards, and Templates.
• Strong hands-on experience with Salesforce Lightning Web Components (LWC) and Apex.
• Expertise in Salesforce Configuration and customization (Process Builder, Flows, Validation Rules, etc.).
• Solid understanding of Salesforce integration patterns, APIs (REST/SOAP), and middleware tools like Mulesoft or Dell Boomi.
• Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and Familiarity with CI/CD processes using tools like Git or Bitbucket.
• Understanding of Salesforce security model, governor limits, and performance best practices.
• Excellent debugging and problem-solving skills.

EDUCATION PROFILE

• Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Salesforce Developer Certification (PD1/PD2) – preferred.
• Vlocity / Salesforce Industries Certification(s) are highly preferred.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Design and implement scalable, high-quality Vlocity solutions for enterprise CRM projects
• Collaborate with business analysts and solution architects to translate business needs into technical requirements
• Develop Omniscripts, FlexCards, DataRaptors, and Integration Procedures based on project use cases
• Perform unit testing, participate in peer reviews, and support QA teams during testing cycles
• Ensure code quality, reusability, and maintainability following best practices
• Participate in planning, estimation, and solution discussions
• Deploy and manage Vlocity Data Packs across environments
• Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting of deployed solutions

REQUIREMENTS

• 5+ years of overall experience in the Salesforce ecosystem, with 2+ years in Vlocity/Salesforce Industries development
• Direct experience working on CRM implementation projects in domains such as telecom, insurance, healthcare, or finance
• Proven ability to deliver in agile/scrum environments
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment across multiple stakeholders
• Strong understanding of Salesforce governor limits and performance tuning techniques
