Job Summary –

We are looking for a highly creative and experienced UI/UX Developer to join our dynamic team. You will be responsible for designing and developing user-centric interfaces and experiences that are visually appealing and highly functional. Your role will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams, including designers, developers, and product managers, to deliver seamless and intuitive user experiences.

As a Senior UI/UX Developer, you will leverage your expertise in modern frontend frameworks , design principles , and user experience strategies to build responsive and interactive applications.

Key Responsibilities:

· Design and develop visually appealing, user-friendly interfaces using modern frontend frameworks (e.g., React, Angular, or Vue).

· Collaborate with product managers and designers to understand requirements and translate them into interactive designs and functional components.

· Implement responsive and adaptive designs that work seamlessly across devices and platforms.

· Conduct user research, usability testing, and feedback analysis to drive continuous improvement.

· Create wireframes, prototypes, and mockups to visualize user flows and interface layouts.

· Develop clean, reusable, and maintainable code with a strong focus on performance and scalability.

· Optimize applications for speed and accessibility , following best practices.

· Collaborate closely with backend developers to ensure seamless integration of frontend components.

· Stay up-to-date with the latest UI/UX trends, tools, and best practices.

· Mentor junior developers and provide technical guidance on UI/UX design principles.

Skills and Qualifications:

Must-Have:

· 8+ years of experience as a UI/UX Developer or similar role.

· Expertise in modern frontend frameworks like React, Angular, or Vue .

· Proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and TypeScript .

· Experience with UI libraries (e.g., Material UI, Bootstrap, Tailwind CSS).

· Strong understanding of UX principles , user-centric design , and accessibility standards (WCAG).

· Proficiency with design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or InVision .

· Hands-on experience with responsive and mobile-first design .

· Knowledge of RESTful APIs and data integration.

· Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

· Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

Good to Have:

· Familiarity with GraphQL and API integration.

· Experience with motion design and animations using libraries like Framer Motion or GSAP .

· Knowledge of testing frameworks (e.g., Jest, Cypress).

· Experience with version control systems like Git .

· Understanding of SEO principles and web performance optimization.
