Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled AI/ML Engineer to design, develop, and deploy scalable machine learning models and AI-driven solutions. The ideal candidate will work closely with data scientists, software engineers, and business stakeholders to deliver impactful AI products.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and deploy machine learning models and AI solutions

  • Build end-to-end ML pipelines (data ingestion, training, validation, deployment)

  • Work with structured and unstructured data from multiple sources

  • Optimize model performance, scalability, and reliability

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business needs into ML solutions

  • Implement MLOps best practices for model monitoring and retraining

  • Stay updated with the latest AI/ML research and industry trends

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or related field

  • Strong experience with Python and ML frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn)

  • Hands-on experience with machine learning algorithms, deep learning, NLP, or computer vision

  • Experience with SQL/NoSQL databases

  • Strong understanding of data structures, algorithms, and statistics

  • Experience working with REST APIs and model deployment

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure)

  • Knowledge of Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD pipelines

  • Familiarity with MLOps tools (MLflow, Kubeflow, SageMaker)

  • Experience in LLMs, GenAI, or NLP use cases

  • Prior experience in fintech, healthcare, or enterprise-scale systems

Soft Skills

  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills

  • Excellent communication and collaboration abilities

  • Ability to work independently and in fast-paced environments
