Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Software Engineer with expertise in Java Spring Boot, Microservices architecture engineer
•       Engineer will work 60% of his time in Kubernetes and 40% in Java Springboot & Microservices work
•       In depth working experience in Kubernetes, knowledge about Kubernetes resources
•       Deploy, monitor, and troubleshoot applications on Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS)
•       Candidate to have hands on experience deploying and managing applications on Azure and Kubernetes and be proficient in CI/CD pipelines using GitLab CI and build tools such as Maven.
 
Responsibilities:
•       Design, develop, and maintain scalable Java Spring Boot microservices
•       Implement and optimize CI/CD pipelines using GitLab CI
•       Deploy, monitor, and troubleshoot applications on Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS)
•       Collaborate with DevOps teams to manage secrets, certificates, and container registries
•       Ensure code quality and maintainability using best practices and automated testing
•       Work with distributed databases such as Cassandra
•       Participate in code reviews and mentor junior engineers
 
Requirements:
•       Strong experience with Java and Spring Boot
•       Proven expertise in designing and building RESTful microservices
•       Experience with Azure cloud services and Kubernetes orchestration
•       Proficiency with GitLab CI/CD and Maven
•       Familiarity with containerization (Docker) and container registries (Azure ACR)
•       Experience with distributed databases (e.g., Cassandra)
•       Knowledge of security best practices for secrets and certificate management
•       Excellent problem solving and communication skills"
