Job Description :-
- 6 + years of experience supporting HRIS or HCM systems with atleast 1-2 years of direct Oracle fusion HCM experience preferred.
- Hands‑on experience with Oracle Fusion HCM configuration, testing, and data validation
- Strong HRIS knowledge across Core HR, Benefits, Payroll, and Absence
- Experience supporting UAT, troubleshooting, and post‑production stabilization
- Ability to collaborate with HR, IT, and third‑party vendors
- Familiarity with OTBI/BI Publisher reporting
Please ensure the candidate has strong hands‑on experience in:
- Benefits Administration (configuration, life events, eligibility, enrollment, audits)
- Absence Management (plans, accruals, work schedules, entitlement rules, testing)
- OTBI & BI Publisher Reporting (building analyses, dashboards, delivering HCM‑related analytics)
- Core HCM
- Learning (OLC), Performance Management, Recruiting (ORC), Onboarding, Help Desk, and other HCM functional modules
- End‑to‑end configuration, testing (including UAT), data validation, release support, and troubleshooting
- Cross‑functional collaboration with HR, IT, and third‑party vendors
Certification: Oracle HCM Cloud Certification is preferred.
