Position : Oracle HCM Fusion Cloud Consultant to support our ongoing HCM and HR Technology workstreams

Job Description :-

• 6 + years of experience supporting HRIS or HCM systems with atleast 1-2 years of direct Oracle fusion HCM experience preferred.
• Hands‑on experience with Oracle Fusion HCM configuration, testing, and data validation
• Strong HRIS knowledge across Core HR, Benefits, Payroll, and Absence
• Experience supporting UAT, troubleshooting, and post‑production stabilization
• Ability to collaborate with HR, IT, and third‑party vendors

• Familiarity with OTBI/BI Publisher reporting

 
Please ensure the candidate has strong hands‑on experience in:

• Benefits Administration (configuration, life events, eligibility, enrollment, audits)
• Absence Management (plans, accruals, work schedules, entitlement rules, testing)
• OTBI & BI Publisher Reporting (building analyses, dashboards, delivering HCM‑related analytics)
• Core HCM
• Learning (OLC), Performance Management, Recruiting (ORC), Onboarding, Help Desk, and other HCM functional modules
• End‑to‑end configuration, testing (including UAT), data validation, release support, and troubleshooting
• Cross‑functional collaboration with HR, IT, and third‑party vendors

 

Certification: Oracle HCM Cloud Certification is preferred.
