Senior React & Python (FastAPI) Developer
Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Full Stack Developer with deep expertise in React, Python, and FastAPI, and a proven ability to work independently with minimal supervision. The ideal candidate has 7+ years of hands-on experience building scalable, high performance web applications, designing clean architectures, and delivering end to end solutions in fast paced environments.
Key Responsibilities
Frontend (React)
• Develop responsive, modular, and high performance UI components using React, TypeScript, and modern frontend tooling.
• Architect reusable components, hooks, and state management patterns (Redux, Zustand, Recoil, or Context API).
• Integrate RESTful APIs and WebSocket-based real time features.
• Optimize frontend performance, bundle size, and rendering efficiency.
• Implement UI/UX best practices, accessibility standards, and cross browser compatibility.
Backend (Python + FastAPI)
• Design and develop scalable backend services and REST APIs using FastAPI.
• Implement authentication, authorization, and role based access control.
• Build asynchronous, high performance API endpoints leveraging FastAPI’s async capabilities.
• Integrate with relational and NoSQL databases (PostgreSQL).
• Develop background tasks, schedulers, and event-driven workflows (SQS).
• Write unit tests, integration tests, and ensure high code quality.
Required Skills & Experience
• 7+ years of professional experience in full stack development.
• Strong proficiency in React, JavaScript/TypeScript, and modern frontend ecosystems.
• Advanced experience with Python and FastAPI for backend development.
• Solid understanding of REST APIs, microservices, and asynchronous programming.
• Experience with SQL/NoSQL databases and ORM frameworks.
• Ability to work independently, manage priorities, and deliver high quality code with minimal oversight.
• Excellent problem solving skills and ability to design scalable solutions.
Preferred Qualifications
• Experience with AWS Lambda, SQS, API Gateway, or serverless architectures.
• Experience with automated testing frameworks (PyTest, Jest, React Testing Library).
