Managing and maintaining IBM MQ. This includes tasks like installation, configuration, monitoring, troubleshooting, and ensuring the secure and reliable flow of messages between applications. Dead Letter Queue handling, MQ Clustering, MQ Monitoring, Stream Queues, XLR, Strong understanding of IBM MQ concepts (e.g., queue managers, channels, clustering, publish/subscribe, security).

NATS : Core Nats/Jetstream Clusters, Setting up, configuring, and optimizing NATS servers and clusters for performance and reliability.  
Hands-on experience with both core NATS functionalities and the JetStream persistence layer.                                                                                                                                                                                    Chef, Jenkins, Bitbucket, Automation, Unix Shell Scripting.
