Fixed dice bug and whisper bug on demo server

[ajaximrpg]

Now, "[3d4+1]" works on the demo server. Before, minuses worked but
not pluses. Pluses would do something like this: "[3d4+1]" became
"[3d4 1]", instead of rolling dice like "[3d4+2]=(1+4+4)+2=11".

Now, putting "/whisper" in the middle of the line is OK. Before, the
server would cut up and make a mess out of the line. So, if you put
in something like "You can use /whisper to whisper", it will say
exactly that: "You can use /whisper to whisper".

These fixes are checked into SourceForge, fixed on the demo server and
will be in the next release of ajaximrpg.
