Possible for multiple emoticon boxes?

So our chat utilizes emoticons a lot and the mods/admins have their own they use a LOT ( pulled from websites or hosted locally ) that we use in response to things.  I was thinking of adding a few additional Emote buttons w/ their names like a " X's emotes" so that I could further separate them vs having them all in one box with a scroll window. How would I replicate what's in config.js to have that in another block as well?

To give a more visual instead of it showing the default visible box of smiley emotes, I have it as 1 button that when you click it it pops up showing the emote container allowing the user to scroll down and select the one they want. I just want to duplicate this.
