I look for ways to integrate each part of AJAX Chat in <div>

For now, I did not find any information.

Which version of the AJAX Chat I have to take (stanalone? Phpbb? Other?)

I am assuming you mean how to add the shoutbox to a web page. Just download the standalone version and follow the steps in the readme.html file to add the shoutbox to your web page.
