If using my Synergized chat addon, you can add this IP to your ban list to prevent whoever is associated with that IP from gaining access to your chat as guest or if registered.

The user will type something in the chat where it will cause your chat to crash along with your browser. To remove, you will need to go into your database and find the last message posted by that user. it will be asscii text most likely, you will know it when you see it and just delete that linie of information and your chat will be fine.
