Ajax chat phpbb3 problem

Hello everyone!

I installed the chat in my hosting in Ipage and I don't know what the problem is! The chat doesn't show the user and the comments.

Looks like this

And in the top shows this warnings:

what should i do?

Check the version of php you are using and make sure it is the supported chat version. Also may want to check phpbb and look for the cookie settings in the admin panel may have to hostname.

my hosting have the 5.3 version of php and I check it out the cookies in phpbb3 and it looks fine. Any suggestions?

Delete the chat folder and reinstall. I have had this issue before and this has helped sometimes the folder permissions get messed up when you first copy them.
