it doesn't work in my forum smf

hi, I use smf 2.0.7 and ajax chat v 0.8.7, but it doesn't work. I don't see user online and other voices in the right area (Banned liist, User online, Channels....) and it isn't possible to send message in the text area and, when I type a tewxt and i send it, it doesn't appeare in the chat area.
I reinstalled chat and cancelled many times the db tables mbut nothing  change for me.
