Hi!

0.9 test version doesn't work with (my) smf 2.0.7.

I use this line in config.php:

$AJAXChatConfig['integration'] = 'smf';

After I enter the chat, nick list is empty, and I can't send message. The circle is on right-top is red.

Small problem, but I see unnecessary scrollbar on the browser bottom and right side.

Tested with Firefox and Chrome browser.

See screenshot in attachemnt.

0.8.7 version works correctly.

Thanks!

ps.: I can't sent message to this group today!

If you just run it default does it load? Because there is an error somewhere in one of the javascript pages (which is why it isn't loading past the template)
When I have errors, if it's javascript, the page loads the template. If it's PHP, I just get spammed with errors flooding the chatlist.

Hi!

What is "default" mean in this case? If I'm not use "smf" integration mode, the result is the ajaxchat can't connect to the database.

I think something wrong with the test version, because 0.8.7 works without problem...

Okay, I play with this "test version" on my "test forum" and after few times... this "works". But this is terrible. "language" and other combobox is missing from top, or after I login my forum I get error messages:

Query: SELECT userID, userName, channel FROM `test_iso_forum_db`. WHERE NOW() > DATE_ADD(dateTime, interval MINUTE); Error-Report: You have an error in your SQL syntax; check the manual that corresponds to your MySQL server version for the right syntax to use near 'WHERE NOW() > DATE_ADD(dateTime, interval MINUTE)' at line 7 Error-Code: 1064

and my forum is halted... LOL.

I change back to 0.8.7 version, but I see this is don't work correctly too (example: userlist on the next page), but after I clear browser history, cookie and others, the chat is works again without problem. I think is 0.8.7 version is good for me, 0.9 is in very early state.

Thanks!

Are you trying to use the config.php file from AJAXChat 0.8.7 or did you edit the one with the new format included in the testing package?

Its a great toy for us to play around with, dissect and test mods on but additional features will most likely be a bad idea on a live site :( there will most likely be major changes to it before it is released o.O

Hi!

I try clean 0.9 install. This is mean old chat dir is deleted, the config.php is from 0.9 ("config.php.example" rename to config.php) and I set $AJAXChatConfig['integration'] to SMF.

I try this test version certainly on my test SMF forum only, not on the used SMF forum (with real users), but I wrote this above.

Thanks.
