I have recently ported over from phpBB forum to Kunena forum due to Kunena's better integration to Joomla (no bridge required) and was wondering if there will ever be a version for Kunena? Just an FYI, Kunena is becoming one of the more popular Forum software/extension for Joomla now...

What you are asking for isn't a Kunena Integration its a Joomla Integration, there have been integrations for Joomla by 3rd party developers over the years but IIRC its been several years since AjaxChat integrated with Joomla out of the box. I hope someone can help with this though would come in handy :)

What I meant is there are all these versions for SMF, phpBB, VBulletin, and so on - all based on integrating with forum software - now I realize these are all stand alone platforms - but it would be nice to see Kunena integration as the other integrations assign chat rooms based on forum categories and forums, as well as logins being pulled from the forum user db... I am currently using the stand-alone version of AJAX-chat as I am removing my phpBB from the joomla site and replacing with Kunena. I have been using more and more RocketThemes Gantry based templates in more and more of my Joomla sites lately and that makes using Kunena even more sensible as it is better integrated with Joomla than any other board right now.
