Installation instructions for the Synergized Chat Package?

Hi there - Love the software! It's just what I was looking for!

I want  to install the Synergized Chat Package linked here https://groups.google.com/g/ajax-chat/c/-ab26AEtrB4/m/srPoZhONCgAJ

But the installation url is a dead link and there's no readme file. Does anyone have one I can use?
